Now this is a story all about how the 1sts pushed hard and Whitton ended down.
So I’d like to take a minute just sit there still and I’ll tell you how we won the match at a school called Sir Will.
From South West London coached and trained in Southfields was where we spent most of our days.
Passing hard, dodging, intercepting and coolin’, shooting more netballs than the other team no foolin’.
When a number of the Whitton team they were playin’ real fine, started causing trouble with our scoreline.
We won by one little goal in the second quart, Chief said “you’re moving into each other’s space on the court.”
So we switched on our A-game and when they came near, we marked them real tight, we had nothing to fear.
If anything we could say “Loz could play centre”, but we thought “nah forget it she’s got the season ahead of her”.
We, dug, deep in the match in quarter three and quarter four and yelled to each other “play our game it’s not a chore.”
We played until the whistle, we were finally done, the final score 54-30 to NUNs.
